04cpla compostable disposable Cutlery adopts patented CPLA crystallization technology (Crystallized Polylactic Acid), which reconstructs the molecular chain of ordinary PLA. Using North American non-GMO corn as raw material, through high-temperature crystallization to form a dense honeycomb structure, achieving breakthroughs in evolution: Upgraded thermal stability, withstanding hot soup (80°C/176°F) without warping and deformation, bid farewell to biodegradable tableware "softens when it encounters heat" pain point.Controllable degradation, BPI certified industrial composting, accurately matching the municipal treatment cycle (90-180 days of complete decomposition).

 

 

 

Production process &  Degradation mechanism:

 

03Low temperature injection molding: molding at 170-180℃ (50℃ lower than petroleum plastics), 32% less energy consumption
Rapid laser cooling: crystalline structure is formed by CO₂ laser fixed-point cooling, avoiding deformation caused by traditional water cooling
Wastewater-free printing: screen printing with soy ink, color fastness level 4 (ISO 105-B02 standard)                                                 
                                                                                            Stage 1 (0-30 days): microbial secretion of enzymes to cut off the PLA ester bond, decomposition into lactic acid monomer
Stage 2 (30-60 days): lactic acid is further mineralized into H₂O+CO₂+humus (third-party testing biodegradation rate ≥90%)

2.Cleaning suggestion: Hand washing is preferred, prohibit the use of steel wire ball; commercial dishwashers need to confirm that the water temperature ≤ 70 ℃.
3.Recycling tips: degradation through professional composting facilities, home composting may be slow due to insufficient temperature degradation.
