2. core material: 8 years old European beech wood, wood density of 0.72g/cm³, 3 times harder than ordinary pine wood, not easy to deform, not easy to hide dirt; chopsticks body has been finely polished for 4 times, the surface is smooth and burr-free, and the grip is delicate and non-slip.

Q: Do underglaze patterns lose their color? Will it be toxic?
A: It will not lose color and is completely safe. We use 1320 ℃ high-temperature underglaze color process, the pigment has been fused with the wood surface, not pasted on the "skin pattern", daily friction, washing will not fall; and the pigment selection of food-grade ceramic pigments, third-party testing shows that the content of lead, cadmium and other heavy metals is 0, the elderly and children can rest assured that they can be used.
Q: Will solid wood chopsticks get moldy? How to maintain?
A: Beech wood has high density and fine pores, it is not easy to get moldy, as long as you pay attention to the daily maintenance: dry with a dry cloth in time after washing (do not soak in the sink for a long time), and put the chopsticks in a ventilated place to dry for 1-2 hours every week; if you don't use it for a long time (such as traveling for more than 1 month), you can coat the surface of the chopsticks with a thin layer of edible oil, and then wipe them off with a paper towel, which is effective in preventing dampness.
Q: Can I put them into a sterilizer or microwave oven?
A: - Sterilizer: UV disinfection mode (temperature ≤ 60 ℃), prohibited "high temperature drying" "ozone disinfection" mode, high temperature will lead to water loss and cracking of the wood, ozone may make the prints slightly discolored;
- Microwave oven: absolutely prohibited, solid wood in the microwave environment may be due to internal moisture expansion caused by heat cracking, there is a safety risk.
Q:received chopsticks, the printing position and the details page picture a little deviation, is it a quality problem?
A: It is not a quality problem, it is a normal phenomenon of handmade. Our printing is manually calibrated, each pair of chopsticks, wood texture, printing color sets have slight differences (deviation range ≤ 2mm), which is "handmade printing" is different from the uniqueness of the machine printing, but also to make your chopsticks become a "one of a kind" existence. This is the uniqueness of "hand-printing" different from machine printing, which makes your chopsticks become "unique".
Q: Do the tips of the chopsticks wear out after a long time? Can I get it after sale?
A: Slight wear on the tips of chopsticks is a normal sign of use and does not affect the clamping function; if the tips are broken or cracked due to non-human factors (e.g. defects in the wood itself) within 1 year of use, we can provide a free replacement service; if the tips are damaged due to improper use (e.g. dropping them on the ground, prying with chopsticks), you can enjoy a 20% discount on the replacement of the same model.
